Rezare House is a new property that we have shaped to include the essence of our former Cornish B&B in the UK. We have brought with us much of the soft furnishings and a few items of the furniture to make our new B&B be a venue where you are coming to stay with \"friends\". We want you relax, kick back and enjoy what Wallaroo and the surrounding Copper Coast of Yorke Peninsula has to offer. The accomodation is on the first floor and there are three bedrooms, a large shared lounge and full length balcony with views over the Copper Coast Marina to Wallaroo Bay and North Beach. Your nightly rate is for the bedroom only, this is a shared space for all guests, and the hosts have unfettered access to the office located upstairs. The area is residential and very quiet as our home overlooks a cereal field. We have two queen sized rooms, one is fully ensuite and the other has a shared family bathroom. Both these rooms open onto the balcony and have sea views. The twin room at the front also has access to the shared bathroom. Combining this with one of the double rooms provides a perfect family or friends unit. When booking the family suite for two guests, you have access to one bedroom only. If both rooms are required contact us before booking to discuss your requirements.\nWe also have on the first floor a small kitchenette which provides you with a small fridge freezer, microwave, tea & coffee for fruit bowl and home made snacks. We are a traditional European style B&B - however you will be our only guest. If you wish to bring your dog, we only accept small to medium housetrained well behaved dogs. There is a nightly fee (see our website) and you will provide all bedding etc. As the accomodation is one the first floor, you will need to take the dog off property and NOT allow it to foul the front garden.
