There is a covered BBQ area, an outdoor dining area and a daybed for relaxation. The backyard is securely fenced and has monkey bars, swings and a trampoline for children. Kangaroos graze on the large grassland beside the property at dawn and dusk, and there is abundant duck life and sometimes ducks in the pond.
