Sol y Vista self contained relaxing accommodation is set in a semi-rural area, on three acres, only four kilometres from the CBD of Bathurst. "Sol y Vista" means "Sun and View" as there are great views to be enjoyed over Bathurst and the Blue Mountains and it is solar passive in design.
The accommodation is large, north facing, sunny, with a studio and two separate bedrooms. The studio is an open-plan area including full kitchen facilities, dining area, comfortable living space, flat screen television, DVD, ceiling fan and a slow combustion wood fire (firewood supplied). There are two bathrooms including two toilets, two showers and a bathtub, all heated by Tastics . There is free Wifi, full laundry facilities, a gas barbecue and off-street parking for three cars.
